We don't staff bodies or build pyramids. Every specialist in the pool has 15–20+ years in their domain and can own their lane from day one.

No intermediary markup, no layers of recruiters. Clients get the specialist; specialists get the margin that would otherwise disappear into an agency.

Is this employment or freelance?
Freelance, on an open agreement. It's not an employment contract and there's no exclusivity lock — you keep your own clients and your own schedule. CBM becomes a preferred channel, not your only one.
Do I have to be an SAP specialist?
Yes — if you want to join our SAP professional team. But that's only one route in. If your expertise sits elsewhere, you can join with a different qualification: Software, Cloud, DevOps, AI, Security, Observability, and the other domains we deliver. What matters is senior experience in your field, not SAP specifically.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review your details and reach out when a project matches your profile. You can also book a 20-minute fit call straight away if you'd rather not wait. If nothing fits right now, we'll tell you.
Do you work remote, on-site, or hybrid?
All three, depending on the engagement. Some client work needs presence on-site for kickoffs, workshops, and go-lives; plenty is fully remote. We ask your preference upfront so we only bring you engagements that fit.
What kind of partners are you looking for?
System integrators who need senior specialists for delivery spikes, technology vendors whose tools we use on client engagements, and complementary consultancies where a client needs both of us. If your model is different but the logic holds, tell us anyway.
